The Equipment paragraph of this section contains descriptions of Character Classes, Armor, its types and characteristics. Outfits are characteristic-increasing items that change the appearance of your Character. You can read more about them in the Outfits paragraph. 

     

 

Character Class

Class is selected when you equip a Class Item on your Character. Three Classes are available in Dragon Eternity: Berserk, Paladin and Witcher.

For instance, equipping an item from the Barbarian Set makes your character a Berserk (please note that it is possible to choose a new Class any time by unequipping all of the items belonging to the previous one). Likewise, equipping an item from the Guardian Set makes them a Paladin, and the Eagle Set - a Witcher. You are allowed to equip Universal items along with your Class items, but not items belonging to a different Class.

Berserk suits players who prefer to focus on dealing as much damage as possible, leaving the enemy with almost no chance to block or evade. Berserks prefer heavy two-handed weapons: hammers and axes. Berserk's main Characteristic is Intuition.

Paladin is the best choice for players who prefer to fight in cold blood, carefully planning their every move, which allows them to block enemy attacks and negates enemy's ability to reduces damage taken. Paladin's tools of trade are sword and a shield or a mace and a shield that allows a Paladin to maintain a fine balance between attack and defense. Paladin's main Characteristic is Stamina.

Witcher is a warrior capable of reducing damage taken and evading the most dangerous critical attacks. These skilled fighters rely on their dexterity and wield two swords or axes. Witcher's main Characteristic is  Will.

Sets

An Equipment Set is by far the most valuable of warrior's belongings. It increases your Characteristics, allowing to fight better against monsters and other players.

Characteristics

Each Set item has its own Characteristics:
Will - Increases the chance of reducing damage taken by 25, 50 or 75%. Suppresses enemy Intuition.
Intuition - Increases the chance of inflicting critical damage. Suppresses enemy Stamina.
Stamina - Increases the chance of blocking a physical attack. Suppresses enemy Will.
Vitality - Increases maximum Health.
Strength - Increases damage dealt.
Wisdom - Increases maximum Mana and Mana generation rate.
Damage - Base damage dealt by physical attacks with this weapon (without any empowering or weakening effects).

Necklaces

Warriors with enough Reputation can purchase Necklaces of Destruction, Finesse, and Taming from the Reputations menu. Each Necklace is available in three versions for warriors of levels 10, 27, and 48, which require 3000, 7000 and 16000 Reputation respectively.

 

          

Necklaces have three levels  that determine their life time:
level I Necklaces – 21 day;
level II Necklaces – 7 days;
level III Necklaces – 3 days.

Necklace Characteristics increase with each level.

All purchased Necklaces are level I . To upgrade them to level II, you will have to charge them with 5000 battle fury before their life time expires. Battle fury is earned in PvP combats:
• Arena of Honor;
• Seven Bridges of Shadan;
• Tournament of Honor;
• King of the Hill;
• Invincible Warrior;
• Sear Battles;
• Duels of Truth, as well as by using Bonecrusher Spheres.

When a Necklace is charged to 5000, it levels up, and its timer is reset.

Leveling up a Necklace from level II to level III is done the same way, but you will need to charge the item with 7500 battle fury.

Amount of earned battle fury depends on the strength of your opponent. The stronger the enemy and the more damage they deal to you, the more battle fury you get.

When a level II or III Necklaces expires, they lose a level. You can then charge them again. There is no limit to the number of times you can recharge Necklaces.

Outfits

The Outfits section of the Shop offers wondrous Items for purchase: Vampire, Deydri and Pirate Outfits. Outfits last for 24 hours.

Putting on Outfits changes your Characteristics and appearance. For instance, the Vampire Outfit  returns 2% of dealt damage as Health, the Pirate Outfit increases Strength by 2% while the Deydri Outfit reduces damage taken by 2%.

                

All Outfits are unlocked for purchase at level 22. Please note that you won't be able to use Outfits while wearing the Pirate or Deydri appearances in level 27 The Invisible Trail and level 31 Vigilant Dzhalmargh Quests.

Sorcerer's Bows

Only unmounted warriors can use the new weapons: you can't shoot them when riding a Mount! You can purchase the simplest of Sorcerer's Bows in the Defender of Adan Shop in the Knossos Canyon. To do so, you'll need 1000 Defender of Adan Reputation. Bows can be later upgraded to raise their quality and effectiveness.

Special arrows are required to shoot the Bow. They are divided into three types:

1. Arrows of Fading Mana deal instant damage and burn part of the enemy's Mana for several rounds.
2. Arrows of Deep Wound deal instant damage and reduce your enemy's Health for several rounds.
3. Arrows of Exhausted Spirit deal instant damage and reduce the Characteristics of the target significantly for two rounds.

Arrows can be acquired as rewards for completing the Recurring Battle Master Quests or purchased at the Auction from Skinflint Bron. Arrows are sold as part of following Sets:

     

     

     

Battle Master Quests are not time-limited but can only be taken once per day. This means that you will have to wait for the next day to receive another Quest after claiming the reward for the previous one. You can track your Quest progress in the Battleground menu.

When completing Quests, you can earn from one to five Battle Master Stars. You can click on the Claim Reward button at any time to receive the currently earned reward; when you earn five Stars, the reward is given to you automatically.

There are various Battle Master Quests to choose from. Their type determines the type of Arrows you will receive:

• Seven Bridges of Shadan – Arrows of Fading Mana;
• Arena and Tournament of Honor – Arrows of Deep Wound;
• Sea Battles – Arrows of Exhausted Spirit.

Quality of awarded Arrows depends on the player level. The more stars you earn, the bigger your reward.
