I seem to have encountered a problem with the auction house, I purchased items for 50 silver, didnt recieve the items and did not get a refund of my money. Not sure what has happened can you please fix this just in case it reoccurs.

Whenever I use the stolen gifts, it says I sent 5 away using Ikarim Messenger and then all of them in my backpack disapper (even if there are many more). I also rarely get credit for them in the quests.

I have clicked on Crimm and opened this several times , even refreshing game but cant get it to clear quest...ideas?
