can something be done about the game freezing or needing to refresh cause i'm tired of losing battles that way

there shud be a set time eg say 5 gmt untill 8 where all the big spenders and people leave rest of us to fight it out thats the main reason the qs are never full we all need rep and there as to be way to get it just an idea any better im open ears
