If you took out a bank loan and didn't repay it in time now only way is top up your reals and repay the loan and shackles will be automatically removed from you.

i do not get y im in jail it says a loan is the problem but it give me the opyion to take the loan out id like to keep playing i dont want a loan

im sorry i thought that the person i traded with had put in the conditions they told me it was fine and i wouldent get penalived for it

There were no conditions and even if there were if trade is illegal you would still be shackled.

Doesn't seem to be fair/within 30% rule at all. Sparks of inception them self are worth at least 5.5g. Plus there are other unfair trades between you and your alts.

If you think that the name is rude because there are "kids" playing, the you should change the background theme for your website too, since I saw boobs there and I saw boobs in the game. This game also includes animal violence, which means that children shouldn't be allowed to play it and still you banned me for my name.

what does that mean?... you need to be specific so i can understand what i did wrong...point it out.

That means:
1) Sword of Imperial Defender from Siemel and you gave only 1 statuette of winged horse and less than 5 gold worth of other items
2) You were adding resources to your clan chest and taking them out with your other character without any payment
I don't doubt i could find more if i event further back.

I'm not sure when I was jailed, but it's been awhile. As far as I recall I asked for help from another char while silenced on another. I only asked why I was silenced since I used no profanity or insulted anyone. I merely stated that in-game chars sucked. This is a very high fine for something very insignificant. I would really like to go further with my hunter,please release me or make fine approiate and affordable. Thank you.

Ok so i know nothing will be done other then telling me to pay this debt but anyways, i was in africa from the second of march 2014 to the 15th of january this year 201,5 so i was never in states and had no technology other than a flip phone, when i returned the account i was playing on was jailed for reals adding up to 300. Now again i was not even in states to purchase nor would i ever buy this insane amount of reals, what happens now, i did not do this to my account and i wont pay 300$ to get my account unlocked, i feel i was hacked because there is no other explanation as to why this happened, there was no rules broken by me because i was not here, so if being hacked i got jailed how do i get unjailed without paying this 300$, i can pay up to 150$ because i liked the game but i refuse to be cheated and pay 300. I did not do it nor will i pay it Please have a promising solution to this problem like i said ill pay 150$ because whoever had this account and was playing it did damage to my rep so ill pay that 150$ to restore what little bit i had left but for 300 i will just leave this game forever theres no point if, you can not understand the truth told you honestly then i dont need this game especially if it costs me 300$, thank you for your time

You were jailed in may. You took a loan of 300 reals and spent it all so not much can be done here, as you have to give back the loan to bank to get your shackles automatically removed.

matter of fact when you do get the chance to answer my response or case please tell me when my character was jailed as well so i can see what month all this happened in, that would be a great help as well

06.05.2014 02:48:22 punishment was automatically applied for non-return of 300 reals bank loan. You were constantly extending your 300 reals loan using 9th legion's clan chest, but as that was no longer available and you didn't give back loan you took on 26th of April 2014 your character was jailed automatically on 6th of May 2014.

Guardians,I have a question. What if a guardian abuses the jail power? For example a character is playing. A guardian jails him for no reason. The jailed character did nothing wrong. Will he be released? What about the abusing guardian? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to comment here about this.

Only Admins have the jailing power therefor there are no one who can abuse/jail someone wrongfully.

I do appreciate the answers although I see there was no investigation as to who or how the reals were used from a character that was not supposed to be played for its only owner was in a different continent, regardless if yall need proof that I wasn't even here I have paperwork from deployments taking during those exact time which prove I was not even in states nor around technology, your discovery system and jail rules are comical based on what you see and heard as opposed to getting proof and really determining the right from the wrong but it's not a game I own so I'll let you play god I will not be returning to this game unless my fine is dropped permanently or at least to 150$ yall have turned your backs on your gamers out of ignorance and pride so it's only fair your gamers turn their backs on you, learn to figure out the truth and more gamers will play and pay just like I did till I was wronged anyways I'll check back later for any changes if not then goodbye

You were extending your loan by using reals used from 9th Legion Chest and placing 300 reals back in chest. The "loan" shackles are automatic and can only be removed by returning loan that was taken from bank.

No, your name is inappropriate. Until name is changed (can be done using services more info here: http://dragoneternity.com/about/services_real/?part=blog1) your character will stay in jail.

I would like 7th know the trade I did that caused this I just put $100 this weekend and now you want another$100 to be released. When I trade I try my best to balance them out and don't know what I did

You have bad trades with alt3456, alt23456, Deathstalker, Devastator etc. All of them have been generated at about the same time and all have transffered significant quantities of money to you in 1 way trades.
