I think DOT is special enough to have a own chat tab when it is on - people with the same level in the DOT will automatically appear like friend in the tab of names too. From what I understand DOT is a strategic war so we need tools like this to help...

How is this actually used so it actually does what it suppossed to which is give double protector rep. I used the star,completed the qurest from nordain and the one from allur but only got the 15 rep and 25 rep respectively which is the quest rewards...
