How is this actually used so it actually does what it suppossed to which is give double protector rep. I used the star,completed the qurest from nordain and the one from allur but only got the 15 rep and 25 rep respectively which is the quest rewards when I should have gotten 30 and 50 respectively. Not even using hexes gets me double rep. Only get 2 from green hex not 4. The quests and the hexes are the only way to get protector rep besides collection and collection nullifies the star.

So as far as I can tell the star is broken/useless.

Unless someone has actually gotten it to work. Please tell me if you have and how.
