Can I only get this from level 13 dragon quest? I'm at 16 and when I look at my quests I don't get anymore from level 13 and I need this piece to get my dragon?

i refreshed my page and when the page came back up i was missing the Relentless Gladiator Set that i made, i also lost 4 golds 50 silvers, i also lost all my hunter stuff as well.

i did the garug quest and i got a purple bag after 4 hours or so it wasnt there anymore and im not the only one that happend, to its strange

Its nice of DE to give a bonus of double reals upto 200 to those that buy reals. Would be nice though if they gave a little something to those that can't/don't buy reals as well.
