New Guardian system
We've received many complaints that there're no law whatsoever here on Nova, and we'd like to change that. We can't rely on the old Guardian system right now since there's no way that you would leave your clan just for keeping the peace here.
That's why we're going to have a new system: the Council. The Council will be comprised of three most trusted, active and impartial members of the community, and they will have the power to recruit others to help them uphold the law. They WON'T have to leave their own clans to do that, and they will receive additional benefits and rewards for their work.
So, right now I ask each person who has a character of 20th lvl or higher to nominate ONE candidate for this Council - one player who, in your opinion, can be trusted with this responsibility. The candidate should be an active, well-known player.
There're a few rules for this:
1: You can't nominate yourself.
2: Your character should be at least lvl 20 to have a vote.
3: The vote will have more weight if you nominate a member of ANOTHER clan, not your own.
4: All three members of this Council must come from different clans.
We'll check all candidates and seed out the ones who've broken the rules in recent times.
Also, The Council will have means of contacting me outside the game, which will be beneficial to us all.

You need not concern yourself with what happens in my clan. It’s no ones business except ours.
I love my clan, they are awesome and make me proud to be their leader.
All u haters doing shots of hateraid might want to ask yourself why is Elitists so loyal to me.
You all know why.

I do not want to start a fight or anything. I just want to know what are you reading or interpreting in Dreidan threads? He clearly ask for opinions, not to start a conversation. When people ask for opinions, they usually open their eyes and ears and not their mouth or fingers cause it the back and forth conversation will change the subject. Please be patient and TRUST the process and people like Dreidan.
Someone posted on here that they are a warring clan.....but it seems like the last two posts that initiated looks more like them crying....

Yeah you got mega spenders over there so what......that don't lead to making friends. Lemme guess your clan has 3-4000 gold in the exchanger? That's for the non spenders who want to ride your coat tails. They just hoping you start dropping some reals for them....I don't think that is friendship....I call them leaches.

I totally agree in your nomination of Glean because he has always had good judgment and a good heart from all the 5 years I have come to know him. And, I am supportive of free choice in action and we all have will speak our own truths and make our own decisions/judgement.

i was a guardian from 2014-2015 and i was a close friend of midnite98
i made this comment to mainly point out that a lot of the players have become quite petty and love drama and the following is merely examples to prove my point
for starters i would like to say that queen_bee89, leane and rhatmes are all good candidates however i would like to say leane is most qualified becausethrough the time she has played her and queen_bee89are the only people i have seen that has attempted and succeeded in having a unbiased opinion
she is quite active and very well known in the community she handles situations with a cool head and is not rash in her judgement
i believe that with her as a member of the council that there will be quite a few issues dealt with indiscrimanately
Leane can undoubtedly pass the background check as she does not cheat or break rules
now im gonna crack open a rotten egg an i realize that doing so will paint a target on me but it needs to be done
for starters i would like to point out that over the years of people cheating and getting essentailly bullied in the game that
the active community most likely will be unable to pass the background check and the ones who can have discriminated against
rival clans or other members in the game and harbor intense grudges against select members of the community
For instance: Vedmak1984, sydeste, novosge1, kagon2, dragonfire., isnoogood, Major ursa, Qwery, actively seek to "destroy elitist and give the cheaters what they respectively deserve" to put it nicely of course very different and harsh words were used
a majority of ninth has attempted to Bonecrush elitists as well as others out of the game entirely in fights were they are between 0-45 levels higher than the people they have targeted and have managed to succesfully force people to quit the game Inferno elite Fallen and 9th legion have banded together to attempt and drive elitists out with that said it is not the entire clan but mainly the higher level players in those clans'
the following are currently guilty of being pettyand making threats as well as bullying and using very foul language wich i can not say on forum merely because pandor. and goddesslinda got married in game.
Themamma, Kingmp, annihia, autumn winter, kafftou,, XXI, BETEPAH, Qwery, Vedmak1984, Storm kat, Major ursa, leane, and sydeste
Storm kat harbors a grudge against Elitist and believes that they owe him/her and will continue to owe him/her forever
BETEPAH actively cheats for confrontation rating in the lower brackets an has done so for years
and every player (mainly the higher ups) are guilty of continously throwing fights intentionally either due to grudges or the fact they cant win not to mention actively seek out to start trouble and ruin the game for others
i completely agree with zionamir that the members chosen will have biased opinions based on the clan they are in and i have been in a majority of the clans in the game and i have quite personally been bonecrushed out of the game several times by inferno elite fallen elitists and ninth
i think that council members should not be able to recruit members from their clan as guardians and can not deal punishment to members of their clan so that the judgment is left unbias
i am guilty of breaking rules as well almost noone is completely innocent of breaking rules
also i think that if the need arises and that if things are to biased that the council members should be willing to leave their respective clans.
this fight shows how far some are willing to go however a few in that fight are not biased but merely joined to help their clan
through the guild chest?
thats that what i said last day. if youre not able to punish friends or clan members. then youve lost NOTHING in this position.
I appreciate the support you show for me but I do want to say this one thing as I don’t feel it is true.
I never once took issue with their marriage. I have a wonderful RL relationship and that’s enough for me. I only wanted her to acknowledge: hey I did mess up before, so I understand why now, I am getting some of that karma back. I did not say she nor her significant other are bad people , merely that we are all the same so we should not talk down to others. She took it as an attack on her character, but it was not. In turn she called me jealous, obsessive amongst other things, then bced me for 2 hours.
I took no issue with the bcs because as they were my words, I must reap what I sow as well. If she still feels raw about it, she can continue to bc , call me jealous, brainless, jobless , but I won’t change my words because it is a truth of life: if you talk a certain way to people, imply their inferiority and fail to reflect in yourself any mistakes, you will get something back. I may have approached it more harshly than I should have (for that I was wrong) because I felt strongly, but it had absolutely nothing to do with their marriage. Also, if I feel like it was the wrong thing to do and it hurts somebody’s feelings, I’ll say something.
As my mother once told me in Chinese, if you cannot say no to what you do not want, you will never have the time or energy for the things you do want.
First of all, I do not have the time nor the inclination to attempt to run any clan out of DE, we have to few players as it is..
Not that it is any of your business since you don't have half of your facts straight, I joined the fight simply because Fallen and the 9th have backed us in many different ways. smh, shame on you
Petty? the only time i get "petty" is when i am bored, and most with a small bit of insight are able to read between the lines and know dry humor when they see it.
And yes (shame on me) i have used a potty mouth word or two.... get over it...
BC people out of the game.. WOOT WOOT, yus yus my rocking BC rep can attest to that i has a whole 2865 now...
And as for my clan as whole we are laid back observers just trying to have some fun. we have real life for drama no need to make it in a silly game ..so feel free to show me all these threats I have issued.
