Event Window and Changes to Incidents

So that none of you miss any of Adan's important events, we have introduced large current event window that pops up whenever you log into the game. The window contains information about current Event and how you can take part in what's going on. You can also use the window to purchase items that will speed up the process of finishing the Event.
The large Even window can be opened by clicking Read more... on the current Event banner. In turn, when you click Read more... in the large Event window, you will be taken to the description of the respective Event on our game portal. Currently, large windows are only enabled for Incidents. Please note that the number of items you can purchase during an Event is limited: you can't buy more than 150 Insignias of Redeemer per Incident.
Also, changes have been made to the Incidents themselves. Reward Chests still contain "blue" Character Food, elements of Hero of the Empire and Renowned Hero of the Empire Collections and "green" and "blue" Marks for each level. However, Reward Chests no longer contain Phials or Fionites.
Likewise, "Violet" Consumables aren't found in the Chests anymore, but they still can be acquired in battles with monsters that appear during Incidents. Additionally, killing such a monster now earns 2 points of

No however you'll find collection pieces very often now in chests.

Cons:
No hero rep for turning in keys
No Vigilant Guard rep for turning in keys
No Protector rep for turning in keys
No Fionites for turning in keys
No Phials for turning in keys
No Orbs for turning in keys
If every key yielded a green collection piece, you could spend 2 gold to collect +250 hero rep for 5 keys. This would be the same as +50 per key, but paying an additional 2 gold for it, and not having any collection pieces extra.. So, even if every key gives a green piece, unless you can have a chance at multiple collection pieces, this is a net loss of 2 gold and collection pieces for the same hero rep.
Insignias will be available to those willing to pay reals (6 reals for 150 insignias) this may be beneficial to those who put reals into the game, but for those who don't I suspect it will be that much more of a burden for them to keep up with reps. So fighting mobs will work against the non-casher by giving them more experience, thereby putting them that much worse off on reps.
In my opinion this update is a net loss for the vast majority in this game, including cash players.
-herostars are pretty much useless now as they don't work on collections and as you might have noticed this game is a lot about not gaining exp and hitting the mobs for it isn't an option.
-A lot of players collected keys to open them with herostars and to get the phials/skellies. You took away about the only source for phials for non cashers. Dot is only a phial source for those who win DoT and that is onesided and not fair.You pretty much made the work these palyers put into this worthless.
