A Late Night Theft
Warriors of level 26 and above, new adventures await you!
Every decent inhabitant of Tartu knows that theft is a disgraceful act. And this is not just something one reads in a book but rather a conviction learned at mother's knees. For instance, in small hamlets where all the villagers know each other there are no locks on houses and barns and the occasional small bars one might encounter are intended for wild animals. Even a purse someone left on a tavern table will remain there until the owner returns for it or one of the patrons gives it to the host for keeping. Though inhabitants of Adan's largest continent were not always this law-abiding.
In old times, lovers of someone else's property were disaccustomed from this bad propensity by whips and sizzling iron. Those who got caught for stealing three times were put in a cage, doomed to a slow painful death from dehydration. And though since then punishments have become much less severe, well-doing citizens would still prefer starving to stealing. But there are those on Tartu to whom Imperial laws are mere words, their life an endless walk on thin ice.
Lior Mahlron is grim and sad. Using the noise of yesterday's storm, unknown thieves sneaked into Eldiren's Farmstead and stole a collection of ancient vases created more than two thousand years ago during the Second Great War against Shaab and the mysterious Tangors. Experienced criminals left no traces and the smell that could have been used by tracker dogs has been washed washed away by the rain. Still Lior maintains hope that the historical heritage of Adan will be returned to him. Thieves might give themselves away by trying to sell one of the vases - this could give the investigators some clues to the villain identity. If, of course, a brave warrior will accept to take the role of an investigator in this case.
New adventures start with Lior Mahlron's "The Stolen Collection" quest, available upon reaching level 26.
