Since I was the one that asked I’ll give my recommendations to people…
Kingkiller Chronicles (Name of the Wind/Wise Man’s fear) Patrick Rothfuss… great books. author is stalling on third book… for about 4 years now. But books are great.
Terry Goodkind Series mention before i enjoyed a lot.
Lunar Chronicles (Cinder/Scarlet/Crest… ) more to come but nice twist to old fairy tales.
Stiff - looks into history of cadavers for you who are medically orientated.
Complications - Another great medical book. Also for those who want to understand what a surgeon goes through.
I am number 4 series by pittacus lore is great.
Always fan of janet evanovich (number series. think they are on book 20)
Inspirational book that I think is a must read is “The last lecture” then go go watch it on youtube. Book first.
Mortal instrument series was a great set.
