Constructing the Dockyard

Dockyard becomes available for construction when a Clan reaches level 3.

After the required level is gained, the Clan Leader is summoned by captain Agden Gal-Tark  and receives the "Laying the Foundation" Quest in which Gal-Tark explains that in order to reach the Roaming Archipelago, a Clan would need to construct a Dockyard and build a Ship.

Then, other Clan members receive the "Dockyard Construction" Quest which requires the Clan to collect a certain amount of resources. To do so, each Clan member can take daily Recurring Quests of Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor or Krom Tander on the Crystal Meadow. The objective is to obtain:

1000 bottles of Dark Rum which is acquired in Sea Battles.
31500 Beech Logs. Recurring Quest "Logs for the Dockyard" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Logs can be acquired with the Prospector Profession or purchased at the Auction.
45000 Dolomite. Recurring Quest "Dolomite for the Builders" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Dolomite can be acquired with the Prospector Profession or purchased at the Auction.
4500 Metal. Recurring Quest "Metal for Nails" can be taken from Krom Tander on the Crystal Meadow. Metal is obtained in battles with Taurs that the Krom points at.
1500 Daymen's Receipts. Recurring Quest "Dayman's Receipt" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Receipts can be acquired in battles with other players.
300 Ropes for the Dockyard. Recurring Quest "Ropes for the Dockyard" can be taken from Krom Tander on the Crystal Meadow. Krom will trade the Ropes for bombs of Arshuul the Burner who resides in the Razed Fort Instance.

A Dockyard can be upgraded. Each upgrades increases the Dockyard's capacity (more Ships can be stationed there) and unlocks new Ships for construction.

Dockyard I

Has 28 slots to place your Ships. Allows to build Schooners and Corvettes. Dockyard is accessed from the Clan Hall by clicking the helm icon.

The Ship Expert permission is required to manage the Dockyard. Ship Experts are allowed to build, repair and call Ships to harbor. Also, they can become Ship Captains by entering unoccupied vessels.

Click the "Build Ship" button to select a vessel to construct. Construction process can be initiated if you have enough resources and space in your Dockyard.  Please note that Resources and Money are taken from the player who initiates the construction.

You can't build more than one Ship at a time. You can, however, speed up the construction process.

If you select a Ship in the left part of the Dockyard menu, you will be shown the Ship's characteristics and acquired upgrades. Select an empty upgrade slot and click the "Best Gear" button to view the best upgrade for the selected slot that is available at your Clan's level of Clan Reputation. The "Info" section contains detailed information about the item's Characteristics. To open the Shop and make the purchase, click the "Buy" button.

The Ship itself can be upgraded by clicking the "Upgrade" button near its Durability indicator. Ship upgrades require a certain level of Clan Reputation.  To repair a damaged Ship, click the "Repair" button near the Durabilityindicator.

Dockyard II

Has a capacity of 38 slots. Unlock a new Ship type – Barquentine, which has the largest Cargo Hold of all ships, allowing to transport more Sydian from the Roaming Archipelago.

When Dockyard I is build, your Clan immediately receives the "Dockyard Upgrade" Quest. To level up the Dockyard, your Clan must acquire:

20000 Ash Logs. Recurring Quest "Logs for the Dockyard" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Logs can be acquired with the Prospector Profession or purchased at the Auction.
1000 Daymen's Receipts. Recurring Quest "Dayman's Receipt" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Receipts can be acquired in battles with other players.
100 Tags of Torling Captains. These items can be acquired by battling Torling Ships near the Roaming Archipelago.
300 respect among sailors. Respect is earned by completing the Protector of the Archipelago and Hero of the Archipelago Quests which can be taken from commander Raidon Korette in the Harbor Front.

Dockyard III

Has a capacity of 48 slots. Unlock a new Ship type – Frigate, which boasts improved detection capabilities and maximum battle efficiency among all Ship types.  A Frigate is the best choice for warriors who crave for combat and prefer to extract Sydian from other Ship's holds rather than mine them.

When Dockyard II is build, your Clan immediately receives another "Dockyard  Upgrade" Quest. To level up the Dockyard, your Clan must acquire:

25000 Pine Logs. Recurring Quest "Logs for the Dockyard" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Logs can be acquired with the Prospector Profession or purchased at the Auction.
2000 Daymen's Receipts. Recurring Quest "Dayman's Receipt" can be taken from Agden Gal-Tark in the Vaalor Harbor. Receipts can be acquired in battles with other players.
