I've been looking at a way to reset my char too. please anyone know how to reset char/account?

Hello Dekhan,
In order for you to start over you have to report your character you wish to be closed here:
And then you can start over with a new character. Please remember multi-accounting is forbidden so you have report any other characters you have made on your ip as well.
