Level Cap Raise?

Any word? Things are fairly stale at the moment. Many waiting on level cap increase and/or rebirth... some kind of timeline so we can plan accordingly would be a nice gesture from administration to the players who are clinging to what's left of the game...
Don't blame the game if you choose to not fully participate.
Also, I don't think you want a level cap increase before your gear is upgraded. Remember when levels 51-70 were released... on noob green gear I'd play a game I call "Smurfherder", a variation of "whack-a-mole" where I keep all 9th in square/clan hall. Even your mighty scandelnavia took quite some time to catch up. And I'd do it again given a chance. Work on your character now - no need to wait.
How would opening level 90 fix that? Ihit posted not long ago that we do not have enough level 70s to make level 90 worth it.
I am ready to play, either way. But I would love more time to get more reps and my gear organized. I have many many ranks and reps since hitting 70 and hope to have many more before 90 starts. I believe the better way to fix the 'stale' top bracket would be to get rid of medallion Level Up and enjoy the ride!
(post stolen by alt again *sigh*)
People played slow before medallion. If anything I think medallion speeds up play because they get the reps and ranks they want faster so it makes them level quicker. Instead of doing it very very slowly.
Let the debate continue forever and ever lol. You and I will never agree on slow playing results. I proved my point, getting level 70 and a whole bunches of reps worked for myself, joffrey, eddie in AS.

Caught you during your hex run on me - whoops! Gear up, man up, and fight, Mr. Stale.
He says, hiding in clan hall. Keep on trollin', kiddo.
If you want others to level, then why not rush to 90? You keep saying how easy it is, but seems i dont see you in war or arena, but see plenty of your little ones in the new battle grounds with no mount and no buffs. Are those the ones you want getting high level quick?
Could you post things that are relevant for this subject please? We know how much you like gecko and dislike pearls already so it's no use posting that kind of nonsense here.
As for the question: I'd love to lvl knowing that I'd be able to rebirth soon, so given some information, I would help you out with the lvl 70's too (@Storm Kat). People mainly play slowly because valor is harder to get at your lvl with pandor, rf'.. In arena.
I am in war tons and arena plenty, almost always get one of the top damages in my wars, and almost always join arena when people are looking. Why not rush to 90, I will decide if I wish to rush there when it's open. Your unforgiving attitude of assuming everyone should automatically know what to do the first time they queue is silly. I don't have a clan news post with RoA advice yet because I can't get enough people to join when I ask, which I have been trying. I do not write the advice or crack the whip when I have not even tried the new format yet And my comment was "I am ready to play, either way."
Cannot have it both ways, you want people to level quickly, but then dont want the level cap raised. Seems you just want people that you would have a chance to kill. Great job on top damage, may want to let others get some in easy wars, so they get some rep and exp.
It would be nice to get new people to play with, and I imagine it is tough in the upper bracket. But, I remember Ihit posting that it will take more lvl 70s being present before the cap is being raised.
Storm Kat,
She never said a thing about people knowing what to do the first time in queue. And good for you that you leveled fast and don't need medallion. Other people feel the need for it, and you shouldn't discourage them or make them feel silly for using it. I don't see anything wrong with wanting to enjoy a lower level bracket and slowly working on building sydian to upgrade before I get spanked by RF. We all eventually will.
Reaghnf,
Medallion has sped me up because I have to fight for it now, so it is push to get more people into the upper bracket, which I can see the point of. They do want people leveling so they can eventually open the new bracket. So, I do agree. If I had more sydian saved up, I would level more readily as I can upgrade when I hit what I need, but I have been working so much it's hard to make some wars for that. But, I will say getting sydian in war is quite nice of a change. :)
And I quote ...... "but see plenty of your little ones in the new battle grounds with no mount and no buffs. " The ONE (not plenty) little she refers to was supposed to know better because??? Oh Right, because Ninth will bc him after it's 'his fault' they lost. If you've seen some of the PM stuff she sends, the threats and insults, you'd understand.
Amherst,
"Great job on top damage, may want to let others get some in easy wars, " (sigh) I give up with you. Seriously, take a moment to go look at my war links or talk to my clan mates before judging me again.
I dont bc your clan. But maybe you want to post something about little ones joining sea and the new one without buffs and mounts. Also some strategy around not all fights must be won. I am not angry dear, only confused that you want everyone to gain exp, but not be tough. I guess again, cannot have it both ways. I for one, want the cap lifted. Maybe then i can fight people within my own weight class. Kinda tired of having to fight (and kill) those that are much more advanced than me. I find it great many seem to think i am a fair fight, but being one pot down does stink most of the time ;)
My point, people seem to think they cannot level AND be tough, which I have proven wrong. That is all.
Reset: admins, how bout an answer here?
Hmm.. And for the Cat Fight between Kat & Am.. How bout each plays their own way, no judging and no bullcrap :D sounds fair right?
I agree
Think we have had 3, maybe 4, people make it to 70 since the last time we had this thread posted. Yes, it would be nice for admin to reply, but it must get pretty boring repeating the same information monthly.
