Bid on a item prior to downtime says I won the item and received it in the Auction house under my purchases. I still have not received the item or has the money been returned for the purchase. I've refreshed a few times but there is no change.

I completed levels 28 & 29 of this quest, had all of level 30 completed but one peaceful profession. Today it gave me reward for level 28 & now wants me to re do levels 29 & 30.
