Its letting me attack but not putting me in fight and I've tried rebooting comp and refreshing game nothing is working plz help ty

The level 50 quest Cave guards, does to work. When I enter the mysterious cave, it's just a small box on the screen with an empty room.
Also, in my clan tab, it does not show anyone who is a level 52 or higher, so I never know if they are online.

I completed a quest and got an "unusual track" item that I can't get out of my inventory, but the quest no longer exists......how can I get rid of it?
