logging on
why is it that i can not use internet explorer it worked fine last night but now i can not log in through there and do not tell me i need to clean my history i do that all the time i even have adobe as well so there must be a problem on your side. This make no sense there is always something going wrong sadly
Are you still having trouble logging in? If so please explain in detail up to the point where have issues. Either you can't see the authorization window or very long loading remember to explain where exactly is the problem. Thank you!
What browser are you using? Make sure page is opened through not https:// , JavaScript must be enabled in browser settings. Also do clear your browser cache and cookies.

If you don't see your characters simply log out and log back in.

We are aware of issue where players who are using internet explorer might not be able to see authorization window and are looking into it to fix it as soon as possible. Meantime simply use a different browser for time being.
