i've spent so much money for tourny last 3 days still cant paly it errr.

anyone know how to go about getting a refund or filing a formal complaint?

I'd like to apologize for all the issues you encountered this weekend , we are already fixing this issue and it is our Top Priority to solve it as soon as possible so we all would be able to participate in Tourney and attack others as usual!

i would like to add, fixing it is only half of what is reasonable. The amount of money already wasted on buffs for tourney that didnt happen etc, is ridiculously accumulating. We DESERVE some compensation, the game running is not a privlege but a right as paying customers. Im sure i can easily begin a petition demanding we deserve at least some 25% of real day or something. Some sort of bonus is in order, beyond just the glitches which we suffering from.

p.s. understandably its tough job, but we are still paying real money for fake "reals" , so we deserve compensation for multiple tournies of buffs gone wasted. appreciate your understanding. ty

yes, tournies still down, arena is actually working, but no one is using because everyone is bugged. Bridges and arena quests are still bugged, and 7 bridges tourny is also down still.

Bonecrushing is working now. I tried it last night, worked fine. The rest of the above however, is still bugged.

Mr Impervious is correct, mostly. When another game like this goes down in similar fashion, which DOES happen more than most players here would like to believe, a refund is issued to all players. Whether this be a refund of reals, gold, discount on monthly bill statements, whatever it may be depending on the game iteself. Now whether you are legally or contractually obligated to issue us a refund is uncertain. However a small refund can greatly increase the loyalty and approval of your current players, just something to think about.

another day without toh i hope we get reals back for this

ok, now that its fixed what about the 4 days wasted on my Sophisticated Necklace of Finesse III and Eye of Growing Fury and light fire mark protection V? Those were expensive and useless due to the bug.

I'm glad that the issue with not being able to attack was resolved and we are working very hard now to start tournaments going again as well make sure the daily quests are working properly. Once fixes are applied i will reply back in this thread to make sure no one is having these problems anymore.

Edit: Please try to queue and participate in this evenings Tournament of Honor and report back if it does start as planned. Thank you!

last tourny (and all for the last week) failed miserably, im not holding out much hope on this one. are we going to be compensated for all of the wasted money we have spent for tournaments that did not happen?
on a good note it seems arena and 7 bridges are (most of the time but not all) working, so at least we can pound each other in there.
still very upset about the several gold and several reals i wasted on buffs and potions for the last 7 tournys

This is not at my discretion to decide will there be or not any bonuses or compensations , however this evenings Tournament of Honor should start at its dedicated time as small bug fixes were applied during the day.

Edit: Looks like Tournament did not start as planned and it is gonna be Top issue i will be reporting tomorrow morning.
