Novinha is a member of our clan. She is even more than just a clannie, she is a sister to us and a guide to us. Having her gone is like having a hole in our hearts. She is part of the heart of our clan family. Her absence affects us in so many areas of the game. Everyday we look to see if she is back where she belongs. Please help reunite our family.

It is true, Novinha is a valued member of the dragon eternity community, however, if this had happened to the most worthless of players that helped nobody, had nothing to say to anyone and never did anything and they posted here, I feel their issue should be addressed immediately. What you have with Novinha is a player that does not have the ability to spend money on the game. From a purely business point of view fixing this problem should be the top priority.

I can only reiterate what my clan members have said - as they have all said how we feel about Novinha perfectly. Novinha is a valued clan member and we need her back in our clan as soon as possible.

Agreed. This issue has been around for quite some time and I think the lack of response and resolution by tech support shows bad form. Customer service should be of high importance to the DE developers. History has proven that it's part of a successful business model. I would urge the support team to be more diligent in the resolution of this issue.

I miss Novinha! She is barely able to play at all, and she should have this issue fixed. Surely you can fix it for her somehow? At least answer her query... What if we all started having the same bug and no one could play?

Hello? is anybody there? One of your loyal players needs help. This issue has gone beyond inconvenient, it has gotten to the point where it is absolutely reprehensibly negligent. A well liked player is missed so badly by her clan and other friends and nothing has been done yet... no answers... no progress......

Great! I'm back to no arenas. Refreshing between places, to empty my traps. It just got back to what it was, but worse.... What's the point of trying to play???!!!!!

Thank you for getting back to us , we haven't forgotten about your issue! As i see you are still experiencing same issues as last week i have already reported your problems to our programmers and they are looking into them so you would able to join clan , trade and move freely once again.

Thank you Ihit! I am hopeful that the programmers are able to fix Novinha's situation as soon as possible. I'm sure you can imagine how challenging it is for her to try to play without some of the very very basic functions that she cannot use without constantly having to refresh. My thought also is that if she is having that issue, it's possible for others to get it, so a fix should be found soonest.
