Thought this was a war bug. Guess not. Here's the Technical "Support" responses. PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT BUG!!! In Game, Push the 'report a bug' top right beside profile button, or if on mobile use the G button on the right list of buttons. I am SO SO SO TIRED of these USELESS automated responses. 2) Turn off your antivirus/firewall.
3) Use another browser (Google Chrome is the most suitable at the moment).
4) Enter the game from another computer to see whether the issue remains.
5) Make sure you have a stable Internet connection.

Please stop sending me the automatic “fix your system” garbage responses. I told you it’s MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON MULTIPLE SYSTEMS. There is also a forum report: http://dragoneternity.com/forum/bugs/12284.html written by someone else who wasn’t even at war. So Please do not ignore my report. Fix This.

Btw.. just a guess, but I think what's causing this is the new "Wedding Garden" update..

Gothic Dragon, others are saying its because I went to peek at Moon City location. Did you go there before your map screwed up? I was at Moon City hours before the war, and refreshed many times, so I don't know it that can possibly be related. But I won't try to leave clan hall (garuug now overdue) until they say this bug is fixed.

As far as I see, there are two players among thousand.

"Thousands?" DE Nova server hasn't had Thousands of players in a long time. Obviously Pavel hasn't bothered looking at any of the Nova stats lately.
Posting on Tavern and main to beg other players to care enough to post here and send bugs.

my map froze and just said i was teleporting for ages and had to refresh to stop it doing it, it done this when i went to look at the new location " moon city", also happened on my alts as i wanted to see if it was just this toon or game that was freezing up, but all seems fixed now for me

yeah. its happening to me too. :)

I have never been to Moon City, and I had to refresh my session after every teleport on Tuesday during the war.

This happened to me before I even knew of Moon City...
Seems Admins are giving some BS answers too... Two out of a Thousand?.. Do they want every player to report an issue before they do something..
All this does not help with the fact that I couldn't get to or defeat Garuug.. which will probably happen again..

And Kat , Pavel doesn't tie his shoelaces unless they are both untied.

There is a bug for Web players and the map. After you move location either by porting or by foot then open the map and you will see the spinning cog and moving to location still and have no opportunity to teleport. The issue doesn't happen playing on the app and I would assume wouldn't happen on the client either.

I am so very mad right now.

plz fix.. most of my clannies that use chrome get stuck with the "moving to and several of them have not been to moon city..." especially those using chrome, I am currently using opera.. wen to moon city and have had no issues

The issue exists whether you've been to Moon City or not.
It happened to me before I even went there.
Maybe its just Chrome users.. but Admins need to stop ignoring us and fix this!!!

Will let you know tomorrow if we get a war. For myself, this seems to be triggered by war start time, though others have come up with theories, but all are impossible for us to test. Hopefully more will start reporting the bug properly so you have more information to go with.
I am using chrome, which is up to date.

Steps include: Start in clan hall 5 minutes before war. Open Map. Teleport to location required 2 minutes before war. Open map again. See the "loading location" grey screen. Report bug. Log off and back on. Walk to clan hall. Wait for order of where to go next. Open map. Teleport to location. Check map again. See the 'loading location' grey screen. Report bug again. Refresh. Repeat.
It is extremely time consuming during war and cost me a lot of possible heroism and sydian wasting time waiting for bug report to send and refreshing.

It is very disappointing to be dismissed by tech support and has directly effected the amount of time I spend playing this game. The last week has been my most inactive week ever, I have found many other things to waste my time on. I am not a new player and I frequently report bugs correctly, and only on my system that is up to date. Tech replies are borderline insulting and definitely not customer-service trained.
