I think it would be great to have "notification" option on character name similar to "Away/Busy/In private chat" button on many social sites. One that would let everyone know "I'm busy...please contact me later." Better yet...how about adding not only that but let it have options of....I am busy on a quest." (HOP). Or option of "Busy Gathering." Or even one that says...."I am available for pvp." and make it so people can Opt out of Random attacks while they are busy doing something else.
