Make announcements

When you are going to make major changes like have just been made to hero changes MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT, would it really be that difficult to post in main (as you do for twitter feeds etc.) a few times before the change is made so people don't get caught out by changes and waste stars, gold or reals because they don't you have changed something.

yes, this is the first game I've played where updates and changes get dropped on you without any notice... the few rare times it did happen elsewhere (due to some bug or similar issue), we got an apology and compensation for whatever trouble it caused. it feels since lv cap raised things have gotten worse than the low it already was at here, now not even russian server has info on new updates before they happen
