Make Swearing allowed on forums and chat!
Let me list out the reasons:
1. Most of this game's population is made up of adults (and some teenagers). Few of us are offended by cursing and 99% of the game already knows what the words mean.
2. Censorship in this game is hypocrisy! Female avatars, NPC sprites, and female armor is almost always hyper-sexualized. Little kids shouldn't be playing the game anyway with this flagrant sexuality in the game's graphics.
3. Players swear all the time to vent out their anger. If they do it in a PM and that person is feeling jerky, they will timestamp it and silence that person, essentially restricting them from ALL social functions for a set amount of time.
4. Allowing swearing will NOT compromise the rest of the chat rules. I have been on chatrooms elsewhere where swearing (up till the f-bomb and not including racial/homophobic slurs) is allowed and the moderation there is still very effective.
5. There is no way to prevent swearing. Everyone in the game does it, through PMs, raid/group/clan chat, even some crudely creative gifts to players. I daresay that 99% of these messages go unpunished (which is good because no one is harmed).Why should the same group of people have to restrict their speech in a specific chatroom designed for THEIR OWN use?
Obviously, I do not ask for a complete removal of all the chat rules. Advertising trade messages and third party sources is bad, spam should still be a violation, and racism/fascism/politics/homophobia should be banned as always. All I ask for is a reconsideration of a rule that very little of the game population agrees with.
If this change is not made, I will continue to respect the chat rules in their entirety.

If most of the game population is adult, and supposedly rational, then you can win arguments by solid reasoning rather than childish insults. Therefore I propose a rule 0. Whomever should swear should be BC'ed by the more able minded payers of all clans. While holding a reasonable argument.
It's a known fact that not all adults are mature ;) when talking to them we feel free to swear, and it rarely involves an argument. My main point is that everyone swears, why bother pretending that we hate it?
But we don't hate it. We just punish it. It's easy, no swearing, no pretending

Yeah, cuz when people beat mr in ToH by dragons or some1 gets a stupidly big crit when i have all pots lfeft, i just mesage 1 of me friends
No, you swear in clan chat and then bc them, or get one of your clannies to do it, or summon yourself. And, if you get killed by a stupidly big crit, well get used to it, it happens (although you can lessen the chances by fighting well).
