Fix problems with getting the healer collection items.

I Just got a third Rosalia oil. I can not do ANYTHING with these extras and that it seriously messed up with how damn hard it is to get the collection items to drop it should either be impossible to get extras of them or you should be able to trade extras in for a part you need something ANYTHINGwould be better then this crap.

I believe this is an ongoing problem with all the healer collections. It'd be neat to have the option to do exchanges with other healing collections for different levels of curses.
