Mob Boss Needs Less HP for Low Levels

Give mob boss less Health for low levels.

30 players (plus a ton of summons) and we didn't even come close

As said before, boss should have base HP, and then added HP for each person that joins, this would make it fairer for all levels, as low levels its too hard, and high lvl's its too easy.
Also add insigna points for all damage dealt, not just boss, as at higher lvl's you may not even see the boss.
