I received yesterday Unusual Tracks, a quest item, from one of the level specific packs we find while adventuring. Of course this was found after the quest was already completed, and it is a non-repeatable quest. So at this point, myself and others ( I have seen other players complain of this very same item under it's description and on the forums), have a quest item that cannot be moved out of inventory or sold. Please include an option to destroy, drop, or sell items such as this to avoid more problems.
