Trading reals and gold

Could we have gold to reals because people like me are not real buyers and can't get a blue belt when it comes because we have to use ou money for real life things and can't waste money on a game it would be a lot hander for people who don't buy reals.
Could we have like 1 gold for 1 real like it is with reals 1 real for 1 gold as at the moment it is all one sided on the real buyers with there merc armour and imperial armour and dark hunter etc.

I don't think this is a good idea... As than everyone can make gold and exchange to reals, btw not every clan traded reals 1:1 either.

Plenty of in game ways to earn reals including trades via clan chests, stop being lazy and earn those reals. They wouldn't put a in game mechanism for trade as fewer payers would spend as sometimes they trade with non-payers at say a 1.5:1 ratio to increase their gold.

Yeah what about people who cant get online every day and not in a clan what can they do to get reals without buying then there is no way they can get any

Stop whining and run a hop then, garrug, ruthless fury event. People pay in this game to get a edge, adding that option of just gold to reals makes it far to easy and would de-value all they've paid for as well as those who earn reals etc have already earned. If you ain't prepared to put the effort in or your cash don't complain when someone is better geared and killing you. That or switch to playing farmville.
