Stop punishing Witchers and Paladins

It seems most bonuses are given out for dealing the most damage, but that's not what Witchers and Pallys do. They deflect, wear out, and exhaust others into submission. They usually use regenerative magic and orbs instead of increased damage because that plays to their strengths. So berzerkers with their constant crits always seem to have the advantage on dealing the most damage. How about quests where you get bonuses for the most damage absorbed instead of dished out?

Although to some point I disagree with your opinion due to the fact a paladin can block more increasing their time alive and the amount of damage they can give out, as well as witchers reducing damage meaning they survive longer and can give out more damage. I do Agree in that quests such as you mentioned should be considered as it would even things I think.
