It would be nice to see announcements when people make significant rep levels and so on e.g. Conan the Krusher has made Rank 3 Whatever

With the amount of people in game levelling etc, Heaven's Voice would never stop. If you're in a clan it announces to your clan, but I definitely thumbs down the idea of Heaven announcing everyone who ranks etc.
