I'm level 15 and spent a lot of money during the Day of Martial valor and earned my recruit of 3rd blood, so now i have to wait until i get to level 19 just to be able to earn more valor??? just doing quests gets boring after a while and most people don't do them, i think that we should be able to earn valor still even if we are not at the level requirements yet but just not able to receive the new rank until we reach the requirements, it would make people enjoy the game more and consider quitting the game if they are able to stick with Battle Grounds
