i think it would be a good idea to take the clans with below minimum players, and have them join some of the larger clans. i feel it would make for a better game. it is very annoy when i see a clan member with 2 players in it. if you can call 2 people a clan??? i would like to hear any feedback on this idea. From what i understand you need ten people to make a clan.
