Time for buff before ToH

Would be great if players can be given an extra minute to get buffs upon confirmation of ToH. This is to avoid players from wasting buff due to last minute withdrawal by players.

put ur buffs on auto they will be used as soon as u enter combat if u don't enter a combat then they wont be used ^_^
