I believe that clan items cannot be traded or sold only from backpack to shop. I believe if the player has the correct permissions they should be able to sell to a player outside of clan and all payments go to clan chest. This would be very beneficial to small clans and relieve the monthly taxes a little.

There is also nothing in the guide about what can and cant be sold!
