You could make all blue amor set schemes tradable, which would solve the problem with them not appearing in shop. And it is not just me having this problem. ">

All schemes can be bought from shop (trough professions window) except for weapon creation ones you receive from quest, there is no need for them to be appearing in shop. Anyone who registered before issue was fixed, might have not finished the quest. Given you you have the resources to create one of blue weapons, send me a message in-game for it to be looked into.
