I'm a level 28, just hit Soldier of the 3rd blood and it says that I cant get any more valor until I hit level 30... i can understand placing limits so that I can't rank up but why restrict me from gaining the valor? It discourages pvp players from doing any pvp events. seems like a bit of an oversight... would love to get other peoples input
