I'd like to suggest the addition of a saved chatlog/in-game mailbox. Sometimes, if I'm afk, and my comp goes into sleep mode or I have a flash crash, I have no way of knowing if I missed any messages while I was away. This would also help clans stay organized and build community/collaboration amongst members outside of combat, to organize groups, etc.
