Might I suggest if we could attain a bit of hero rep and possible Hero Collection pcs from making these spheres of Protection/Peacefulness/Immunity? Not in great numbers, but in scale of 1-5 rep for making spheres in color according to the color of the badge player posses.

Grey badge ---> grey sphere: 1-5 rep for every sphere ( rep gain frequency decreases closer to 3k)
Green badge---> Green sphere 1-10 rep (rep gain frequency decreases closer to 7k)
Blue badge---> blue sphere 1-20 rep (rep gain frequency decreases closer to 16k)

and so on...

Also I would like to suggest an option to create bonecrusher spheres by bonecrushers themselves, using a suitable scheme. Cheaper to create using resources and also extra bit of rep from creating them...">">">
