I am in full support of this idea presented by Noble the Barbarian. It makes sense because it would help level the playing field by allowing more players to purchase items that they otherwise could not obtain using gold. (Items that need to be purchased using reals only.)

If say, one of my bad friends, Surtus Fire wants to give me some reals, I would as well go through the clan chest for this exchange! It would be quite an easy thing to do rather than go through all the mess stated!
What happens if you give someone reals while that other person doesnt? U end up having to let the admins knows, the admins take time to solve it - and by the time it all gets done and you get back wat u shud, u wud have grown old :)

Clan chest- there is a possible change of the clan leader cheating on u - but thats a rare scenario :)

if u have real player, u can always ask for their help if u in their clan

This is a really daft idea. If you can find someone daft enough to give you reals for gold then just do a regular trade in game!!.Good luck with that by the way

What i mean is this:
Party "A" needs 30 gold.... Roomy Military Belt for example, but he is unable to paypal/ use credit card. So that is when Party"B" comes in and uses his credit card/ paypal account to send the reals via internet. There is no info being exchanged. Party "A" wont give account info to Party"B" and Party "B" wont give away his credit card / paypal info to Part "A".

What i mean is this:.....

Use clan chest, simple and easy.

1) Find someone who wants to exchange reals for gold ( inside the clan)
2) Ask your clan leader to give you both permission to remove currency from chest
3) Exchange according to the amount discussed beforehand...

Furthermore you dont have to get all 30-35 reals in 1 day for your belt...buy 1-2 reals every few days ( even from ppl who does not paypal) using this method. No need to worry about info and stuff

Honestly I think this is a bad idea too. Like others have said, just exchange with someone in clan. That's how I managed to get a new belt today, from a lovely clannie who traded with me :)
