I suggest that DE employ some weekend staff to deal with matters when the admins are not here. This game runs 24/7 and being unable to sort things over the weekend is a little, well, stupid if you ask me. I know you didn't ask me, but that's my opinion nonetheless.

Some problems (like the tourney problem stopping 8 of us higher levels getting in to anymore battles), could really use immediate attention. Being unable to do some things for a day and a half just isn't right when people put a LOT of real money into this game.
