Recently I saw a guardian warn someone about speaking about , naming or otherwise discussing other games openly in chat.

I happened to look through the chat rules and they say nothing about such thing, However it is common in most games to have this rule, I am suggesting you add the rule or otherwise inform the guardians that the rule doesn't exist. :)
