3 strikes rule

as in baseball where 3 strikes and you're out, i feel a 3 strikes and your character gets deleted would be a very good rule in this game. I'm talking about habitual rule breaking here. Constantly getting shackles of Prisoner and asking the player to pay to get out doesn't send a message other than, ya....it sucks if you get caught, but you can pay your way out and be fine. Rigging fights for valor and selling items to other players for far too much profit or at a huge loss seem to be the 2 biggest issues affecting gameplay for the people that play by the rules. For those that don't, paying to get out of jail is a minor annoyance. If I'm constantly selling items to noobs for 50% over market value or more, how tough is it for me to come up with 100 gold to get out of prison? If I'm rigging fights (seems i saw somewhere in posts where someone had over 300 pvp fights that each lasted under 30 secs), I have to decide if the benefit in valor is worth the cost of getting out of shackles. For some it seems in both cases it is worth the cost as these players keep coming back and most are still breaking the rules. This is why i propose a 3 strikes and a character reset, but whatever time limits on it you feel necessary, but i feel this would discourage people from habitually breaking the rules.

I must say I am surprised here.

I just consulted about/punishments/.

If you make an unfair trade you lose the item AND pay the fine. However, it would seem you can rig as many fights as you want until you get caught, then pay a single fine of 100 reals, yet to keep everything you gained.

Perhaps this punishment should be increased to 100 reals per rigged fight AND a loss of whatever you illegally obtained, IE: valor, necro items, BC items, and reputations.

I would even go as far as to say that what ever you were working on should be reset to zero, forcing you to start it over if it is a second offense.
I like both of the above suggestions. An escalating punishment is fair for reoccuring offences:

Reals for 1st offence;
Reals plus loss of whatever you are working on, in reputation, valour ect. for second offence;
Then the 3rd offence would be a character reset with probation;
If there is another offence then banish permanently.

Having people that continually break the rules, makes it unfair and a much less enjoyable experience for the rest of us.
