The problem with being a paladin.

this is the deal with the whole paladin system there is NO benefits to being one. the other two classes get very strong attacking abilities in brute strength or magic and wow do they hit hard when they hit with them criticals. the paladin's stamina doesn't do anything really for the assisting to the ability to block attacks any more than the other classes are able to block attacks. there needs to be some sort of benefit to being one. the order magic only makes the caster MORE vulnerable to being hit for more damage. ?!? if anything it should be protecting the caster, not hurting. water magics healing ability is so miniscule its a joke, and air is even less. the chaos magic (DOT) helps its caster by making the victim MORE vulnerable to additional chaos attacks. the zerks fire magic even weakens the victim by reducing the damage their magic causes. the shields are useless when they don't every really block or do much to help. Give us a reason to continue by making something Actually worth getting please. there needs to be a benefit with all of the time that is put into character development. Al ot of us are getting really tired of not seeing anything happening with this, level after level.

Main order spell has a chance to increase damage You do with order spells. Yes Dot itself makes you more vulnerable but it has highest damage of all dots. Also Water Spell heals you much more often than Chaos spells do and its dot arguably has best effect of all other dot spells.
A well-developed Paladin is a tank. Takes longer to get them where you need them, but the rewards are huge once you get there
A hilt for a low level paladin weapon would be an awfully nice thing....

I dunno, I like being a Pally. You can usually outlast most others, and frustrate the heck out of them. The downside is you don't do as much damage which hurts your score in AOH/Tourney, and yes, I think they should have a higher block rate.
Order Hammer takes a bit to build up, but once is at lvl it does as good damage as other magics, and i hit with Order Hammer 5 yesterday in arena for an 841 crit at level 31 with Guardian gear only......not to bad for an "underpowered Palli." Order chain magic doesn't make alot of sense to me either, yes it has the best base damage of any chain spell, but the consequences of using it far outweigh the benefit unlike fire chain and it's affects mentioned above, or earth chain. WindLV is quite possibly the strongest Palli in the game, not to take anything away from other palli's by any means, face him in any battle and then try to make an argument that Palli's cannot compete. All in all the classes are quite balanced and those who put the most time and cash into their character will have the strongest toon. I believe that if you had 3 players all lvl 50 with max gear and the same supplies such as orbs, pots and glyphs, and all with maxxed out magic the fight would not only be a blast to watch but also a very even match.
what should i do to my palli to make him a boss. i need help with this please

I love being a Pali myself and I am rather fond of my Divine Retribution lv 4 but I think it would make much more sense if this spell decreased the amount of damage that palis take since we are supposed to be defence oriented rather than cause us to take even more damage, and while our blocks are supposed to make up for this they just do not come as often as I think they should, I mean I'm a pali and I crit almost as much as I block sometimes.
I would also love to see a few more weapon options for palladins
