When i joined this game i thought these states or what ever you would like to call them would be against each other, but initially they aren't. So as a suggestion could they maybe every week maybe once or twice be a battle against each State (Valor/Sadar). One more thing, is it possible for there to be competions of classes, so whoever wins for says gets a unique item, 2nd 1g 3rd 50s. This battle could be dependent on the lvls as they are in the arena.
