Ok, So right now the replicants have 1000+ health, alot of strength buffs, and use magic. While some players do say they arn't that hard, they are if your a level 4, and the replicant is a level 8.
What I'm suggesting is that instead of putting those into the arenas, If the number of players arn't equal, you could either pro-long the countdown until it does reach the equal ammount on both sides.
2: Make one/two people stay in the que so help balance out the teams.
3: swap some players over to the other side.
4:make the replicant's an EXACT copy of the player's stats/armor, but it uses health potions , and not 1000+ health.
