War commanders
A clan war commander would be a permission, granting the following capabilities:
1) Ihit-like red chat in clan chat (or another color - blue?)
2) Receive a clan-configurable commander commission (such as 1-3% of all received heroism) during war for their efforts (maybe valor/exp/sky crystals, too?).
3) Not allowed to join fights if have non-zero commander commission.
4) Not allowed to haul crystals if have non-zero commander commission.
5) Can temporarily block specific clan members from war fights for the duration of the current war (and unblock)

would have gladly remain war commander if any of this was implemented. This would seriously help clans grow faster, stronger, and make wars much more enjoyable. Please consider this recommendation.
