I am missing my level I covers of reflection/greatness as well......but I still have the ability to buy the level I glyphs.
What happened? Did the Beast of the Abyss steal them? Need to go hunt something down because of this ">

Nurse Ratched, Reported it as a bug, but Ihit said it was done intentionally.
I'd like it back, and know many agree with me. This was a nice, quick, easy, way to get just that Little extra boost.

I would imagine the miners who sell quartz, or at least try to sell quartz would like an increase in demand or reduction in supply due to the use of it for temple buffs.
