I know there could be all sorts of problems with this, but there has to be a better solution than Kicking a person with clan gear to get it back. I believe, if there was a way for leaders to "return gear to chest" Only when someone is Offline, that would really help a lot of clans.

For Example, we recruited a new player, someone in clan let her have two blue gear pieces. She used them for 4 days, very active, so I decided to let her keep using them. Then she went inactive. After 5 days inactive, we REALLY needed that blue gear for a clan war. My Only option was to kick her. She was back 2 days later (reason for the week off was personal), and I would love to have her back and help her with green gear this time, but of course, she doesn't have the 1G entry. "> There has to be a better solution. Any Suggestions?
