I'm Trapped

yeah i got a suggestion let me out of the dungeon i didnt do anything i was just floowing my quest and i went to the areana and was in the middle of a battle then my computer froze so i refreshed the page and then i was in the dungeon... this is a bogus charge i didnt do anything i just wanna play the game is that so wrong for me to play
