why am i being punished? it says forbidden information in character information. what he hell is that supposed to mean? im innocent!!!!!!

your nickname is offensive, please refer to Game Rules (point 3) >
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your nickname and the punishment will not disappear which means you will have to start over by registering with a different e-mail account than you used before. Just make sure your nickname is as unique as possible and is not offensive.
