I highly recommend doing hop/bag on Taur Ravagers. I do the level 40s at Cape Wyvern and do not know of other levels (I haven't checked)

Currently using red garuug bag and hop, killing them without the buff activating I get 505 xp, and 14-16 silver. They have 2.4k hp. When the buff activates they summon a companion with 963 hp. For this (in 20 minutes of my hop) I have had it activate 5 times and received between 28-33 silver per kill and 707 xp. Definitely a winner!
